The video at the end of this post was published on Russia Today (RT) on 14 December 2016:

Western media paint a grim picture of the Aleppo liberation, yet a lot of videos show residents celebrating it. The lights on the Eiffel Tower are out, a lot of accusations come with or without proof.

Independent researcher and journalist Vanessa Beeley; Executive director at the Ron Paul institute Daniel McAdams; Columnist for ‘The Hill’ Brent Budowsky and RT International’s Deputy Head of News Alexey Kuznetsov joined in the RT’s studio to discuss the issue.

The Hill political pundit Brent Budowsky gets a royal smack-down by journalist Vanessa Beeley – it would be hilarious if Budowsky’s pompous arrogance and hubris wasn’t so infuriating.

If there is any video, or any press, in which this clownish Budowsky is shrieking against the murderous Israeli regime about its ‘crime[s] against humanity’, of Budowski demanding that Israel ‘end the carnage, the bombing, the killing of innocent civilians’, of Budowski declaring that ‘the bombing of civilians and the massacre of the innocents [by Israel] must stop’ – please note that source or sources in the comments.

Budowsky pulls out ‘holocaust’ celebrity Elie Wiesel’s ‘dead babies’ card as an attempt to pull at the heartstrings of the caring and sensitive emotions of decent people. Beeley is completely justified in her outrage when she rebukes the clown from The Hill for his use of this tactic in his sorry excuse for propaganda. After Beeley points out that she herself has been on the ground in Aleppo, that she has interviewed numerous Syrian people in the liberated areas, that they described the horrors they were forced to endure via the US backed militant factions who had occupied these places, rather than show any humanity or sympathy about these reports, the moron Budowsky asks Beeley the absurd question, ‘did you interview any of the dead Syrian babies or children?’ Budowsky’s self-congratulatory demeanor after this absurdity is breathtakingly revolting. It’s as if he really believes that he had made some kind of triumphant score in the debate – when all he actually did was make a complete ass out of himself.

Daniel McAdams gets to the real issue:

‘…why doesn’t he go back to and look at who started the regime change policy for Syria? Go back to 2005 in a document from the US embassy in Damascus back to main state in Washington outlining exactly how to destabilize and overthrow the Syrian government? Which is exactly the road-map they went. Who was responsible – really responsible – for the carnage in Syria? It is the interventionists in the West and their enablers in the mainstream media that push a regime change policy that destroys countries like Iraq, like Syria, like Libya, like Afghanistan, and so on and so on.  They are the real perpetrators of this crime.’

In actual fact, the road-map goes much further back than 2005. It can be traced to a 1996 paper entitled, A Clean Break: A New Study for Securing the Realm. This advisory report was written by several prominent neocons, most notably Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, and David Wurmser, via the Israeli think tank from The Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies’ ‘Study Group on a New Israeli Strategy Toward 2000’. In that paper, the authors stipulated that the overthrow of Saddam Hussein in Iraq was needed in order to ultimately isolate Syria. They bluntly declared:

Most important, it is understandable that Israel has an interest supporting diplomatically, militarily and operationally Turkey’s and Jordan’s actions against Syria, such as securing tribal alliances with Arab tribes that cross into Syrian territory and are hostile to the Syrian ruling elite.

Iran was also listed in the desired hit list. In A Clean Break, the Zionist Israel fanatics recommended talking points as well as the propaganda techniques that would be used by the media which would, ‘…draw in the United States to sell unpopular policies domestically.’

This is actually what the core of the conversation deals with in the RT presentation.

When people became aware of the truth and realities about what is actually happening in the Middle East, blowhards like Brent Budowsky can be seen for what they are – ridiculous little people who haven’t got an independent brain cell in their heads, only the programmed party line full of ugly lies, absurdities, and contradictions.

This Brent Budowsky character is one particularly revolting mess.
